This is a separate store from the in-game purchase system. For in-game purchase issues (lost items, iOS/Android refunds), please use the Contact Us button and select Purchases / Refunds instead.
Shipping
All orders ship from our office in Los Angeles, California, USA, within 48 hours of purchase via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight.
International orders typically take around 2 weeks for delivery after dispatch, though times vary by country.
Returns & Exchanges
Lost in Transit
If your order is lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible at store@tapblaze.com. Once confirmed by our team, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement item.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by TapBlaze.
