Requesting a Refund
iOS / Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select Request a Refund.
Android / Google Play: Open Google Play → Account → Order history → tap the order → Request a refund. Or contact us directly with your TapBlaze ID, linked email, and GPA receipt number.
Steam: Visit help.steampowered.com → Purchases.
Nintendo Switch: Nintendo does not offer direct refunds. Contact Nintendo support.
Subscription Note
There are no subscriptions for the free-to-play versions of our apps. The only exception is Good Pizza, Great Pizza on Apple Arcade (a subscription to Apple, not TapBlaze).
What to Include When Contacting Support
- Your TapBlaze ID or in-game username
- Date of purchase and item name
- Order number or receipt (Apple, Google Play GPA., or Steam)
- Screenshot of the charge in the App Store/Play Store — no bank statements
