You have the right to request deletion of your personal data associated with any TapBlaze game.
What Data Deletion Covers
- In-game progress and save data
- Purchase history records held by TapBlaze
- Support ticket history linked to your account
- Email or contact information we hold
Note: Purchases made through Apple, Google Play, or Steam are stored in those platforms' systems — deleting your TapBlaze data does not remove records from those stores.
Important: Deletion is Permanent
Once your data is deleted, this action cannot be reversed. Your in-game progress, items, and purchase history will be permanently removed.
How to Submit a Request
Use the Contact Us button on this page and select Data Deletion Request, then choose your game. You can also contact each game's support directly:
- Good Pizza, Great Pizza – Account / TBID → Data Deletion Request
- Good Coffee, Great Coffee – Account / TBID → Data Deletion Request
- HomeMatch – Account / TBID → Data Deletion Request
What to Include
- Your TapBlaze ID number (found in the game's settings screen)
- The email address linked to your account
- The name of the game
Processing Time
We aim to process all data deletion requests within 72 hours. You'll receive a confirmation when the deletion is complete.
